What we do

Five services, planned end to end

Design first

See your project before it's built

A price and a promise are hard to picture. A 3D project isn't. You get the finished space on screen — every angle, every material, every light. Move a wall, change the stone, swap the cabinet colour. Design revisions are handled during this phase, before construction begins.

How we work

Five steps, in this order, every time

Most projects go wrong because the design is still being decided while demolition is already underway. We front-load every decision.

We come see it

Walkthrough, measurements, photos and a straight conversation about what you want and what you want to spend. Free, no obligation.

We plan the budget

Scope and material levels get defined before anyone draws anything. This is what keeps a project from being cut in half halfway through because the money went to the wrong places.

You approve the 3D project

The finished space, from every angle, in the actual materials. Design revisions are handled during this phase, before construction begins.

Permits and engineering

Permit, engineering and licensed-trade requirements are coordinated according to the scope of each project — drawings, county submission and inspection scheduling handled together with the licensed professionals that scope requires.

Construction

Work proceeds using the approved design as the roadmap. Site protected and cleaned daily, regular updates as the work progresses, and a final walkthrough where you write the punch list.

Straight answers

Questions we get every week

How does permitting work?

Permit, engineering and licensed-trade requirements are coordinated according to the scope of each project. Screen enclosures, structural changes, and relocating plumbing or electrical require permits in Osceola and Orange County, and that work is performed in coordination with properly licensed contractors. Cosmetic work — cabinets, counters, tile, flooring, paint — generally does not require a permit. We tell you which category your project falls into at the first visit.

Can I buy just the 3D project?

Yes. The 3D design can be contracted on its own if you want to shop the project around or plan for a later date. If you go ahead with the build, its cost is credited back into the job.

How long does a project take?

Timelines vary by scope, materials, permits and inspections. Interior work such as a kitchen or bathroom is generally measured in weeks; outdoor work that requires a permit also depends on county turnaround. You receive a written schedule for your specific project before work begins.

Can I live in the house during the work?

For a single bathroom, a kitchen, or anything outdoors, usually yes. The work area is sealed with plastic, floors and walkways are protected, and the site is cleaned at the end of each day.

What happens after the work is finished?

Workmanship and material warranties are set out in your contract and handed to you in writing at closeout, together with the manufacturer warranties for the materials installed. After that you call the same number you called at the start.
